The Family@DEL initiative is designed to make every family journey easier, warmer and more comfortable by reimagining each step of the airport experience.

Offering dedicated terminal entry gate, family check-in counter, security zones, family seating at the food court with a kids’ menu, and buggy support to reach boarding gates—ensuring a smooth and caring experience throughout the journey.

Terminal 1

Step 1: Arrive at the airport and drop off opposite gate 4.
Step 2: Enter the terminal through the dedicated gate - 4B & 4C.
Step 3: Check with your airline for a family check-in counter.
Step 4: Proceed to Zone 4 for security check and frisking.
Step 5: Access to a dedicated family seating zone at the food court, with special kids’ menu.
Step 6: Buggy assistance available till boarding gate no.2.

Additional Facilities

Baby Strollers: Free Stroller for Babies, available at information desks. Parents can collect a stroller and leave it at the boarding gates, making it easier to move through the terminal with babies.

Baby Care Rooms: Private baby care rooms are available throughout the airport. Each room is clean, quiet, and equipped with baby-changing tables, comfortable seating for feeding, and hot & cold water stations—offering a peaceful space for both parents and babies.
