Arriving domestic with an onward domestic flight

After your arrival, check whether your baggage is already checked-in for the final destination or you have to collect it for re-check-in at Delhi Airport. If the baggage is checked-in for your final destination, the bags will be automatically transferred to your onward flight. Check the baggage destination on the bag tag provided by the airline.

You must then go through the check-in and security screening process again before heading to your next flight.

Keep your boarding pass and ID ready.

Note: For domestic transfers, simply follow the yellow coloured signage.

Within the Same Terminal

If Baggage are checked-in for final destination, then:

Follow the yellow transfer signage and once you reach the domestic transfer area , just head to your airline counter. Clear security and head to the departure level using escalators.

If Baggage are not checked in for final destination, then:

First collect baggage at Delhi airport and follow the yellow transfer signage for domestic transfers. Head to the departure level, clear the security and proceed to your boarding area.

Through a Different Terminal

After arrival, collect your baggage & exit the terminal. Use the free inter-terminal, shuttle bus or cabs, to commute to your onward domestic departure terminal.

Once you reach the departure terminal , enter the terminal and proceed for check in again. Clear security and head towards your boarding gate.
